Found some rust-through on the front and back side of the driver's rear...really hoping the passenger side has less of that problem, or none (wishful thinking!).
Half the plywood subfloor is now up!
Unbelievably the subfloor is in fairly decent condition, so i am hoping to sand off the thin layer of rust accumulation from laying against the floor, then just reuse it!

Yep...that is the outside in the bottom left of the picture. Bummer.
And that is more "outside" shining in through the floor just forward of that same wheel well.
